We keep no logs
A no-logs promise is only worth something if it is built into the system. This page shows what we never store, the little we do store and how we make sure it stays that way.

What we never store
- Websites and apps you use
- DNS requests
- Connection and disconnection times
- Session length
- Bandwidth used
- Which server you connect to
- Your email, name or phone number on the VPN account
What exists only while you are connected
To route your traffic we see your public IP address and technical session data in server memory for the duration of the connection. That information is required for the VPN to work. It is not written to disk, not kept after you disconnect and not combined into a history of what you did online.
In short: we need your IP temporarily to connect you. We do not save it as a log entry you could be identified from later.
The only things we store
Account number. A random number so you can log in. Not linked to any person.
Paid until date. So we know when your time runs out.
Device keys. Public WireGuard keys of your devices, so they can connect.
Recovery hash. A one way hash of your recovery phrase. We can not reverse it.
How we make sure of it
RAM only servers.
Every server boots from a read only image and runs entirely in memory. A reboot wipes everything.
No disks for logs.
Our servers have no writable storage, so there is nowhere a log could end up by accident.
Independent audits.
External security firms check our servers and apps. We publish every report we can.
Open source apps.
Anyone can read the code of our apps and confirm they do what we say.
